You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, where applicable. Proof of purchase or an order confirmation may be required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to resolve it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and need an exchange, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Original shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable restrictions. Any such exclusions will be communicated where applicable and will not affect your statutory rights.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your approved refund, first check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If you still need assistance, please contact us.
